Full-Time Teller position
Successful candidates will possess strong customer service, communication, and cash handling skills. Must be able to interact with co-workers and the public in a professional manner. Maintains respect and confidentiality regarding the client’s financial information. Must be able to work as part of a team. Community commitment is a must. This position will be 40 hours/week. Must be flexible to work between the hours of 7:00am and 6pm and 1-2 Saturday mornings per month.
Education and Experience:
Experience in the banking industry a plus.
Benefits:
Starting wage is $18-20/hr+ based on experience, plus $5/hr bonus for working Saturday. Paid health insurance for Employee. Education Bonus, Incentive plan, 401k match, Life, dental, vision.

Commercial/Ag Credit Officer
Peoples State Bank has an immediate opening for a Commercial/Ag Credit Officer in our Plainview, MN location. This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality account relationships with commercial, agricultural and consumer customers while adhering to the bank’s loan policy, and state and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
Position requires a team player with excellent and effective personal skills, strong written and oral communications skills and strong customer service skills. Must be able to interact with co-workers and the general public in a professional manner and maintain respect and confidentiality regarding client’s financial information. Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- A minimum of 3 years of previous banking and/or commercial, ag or consumer banking experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with computer literacy in Windows, Word, and Excel
- Highly motivated and able to work with minimal direction
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization
Credit Analyst
Peoples State Bank has an immediate opening for a Credit Analyst in our Plainview, MN location. This position is responsible for providing credit analysis support to agricultural and commercial lenders. The essential responsibilities include analyzing financial statements, preparing and analyzing cash flows, and preparing credit presentations for agricultural and commercial lenders.
Qualifications:

Part-Time Teller - Menomonie & Boyceville Locations
We are currently hiring for a part-time teller. A successful candidate will have strong customer service skills, cash handling experience, and attention to detail. The candidate must be flexible and be able to work as part of a team. This position will be between 15 and 25 hours per week including Saturday morning rotation. This future employee will be rotating between our Menomonie and Boyceville locations.
