Small Business Administration Loans
- Express loans can be up to $350,000. The program reduces the
number of government mandated forms and procedures and streamlines
the processing. This is the only program that allows revolving lines
of credit. SBA approval within 36 hours.
- Low Doc Loans can be up to $150,000. The program also utilizes
reduced paperwork and a streamlined approval process. SBA approval
within 36 hours.
- 7 (a) loans can be up to $2,000,000 with repayment terms based
on loan purpose. Minimum loan limit is $350,000 SBA approval within
10 days.
Small Business Administration 504 Loan
- The 504 Loan benefits small businesses with normally below
market, 10 and 20 year fixed rates and up to 90% financing on
real-estate, equipment, furniture and fixtures.
